Osagyefo Oseadeyo Agyemang Badu who is the overlord of Dormaa Traditional area Stormed the Manhyia area in Kumasi. This followed few days after he dominated the media space with some unknown facts about Ashantis and their history.

Interestingly, he wasn't in Manhyia to meet Otumfour but on a special assignment at the National House of Chiefs office which is closer to Otumfour's Palace.



Manhyia is the seat of the Ashanti Kingdom, however the name extends to the whole area around Otumfour's seat of authority. Going or visiting Manhyia doesn't mean one is entering Otumfour's Palace but could be going around the vicinity.
